Shipping policy

At Kendall Beverly, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may extend to 5–10 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 2-4 business days

  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–2 business days

  • Pre-Orders (U.S.): 10-25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


3. Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the package if required.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Kendall Beverly is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Orders returned due to insufficient or incorrect address details

If a package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees for reshipment.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Kendall Beverly is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Verify your shipping address.

  2. Check with neighbors or your local carrier.

  3. Contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location.


6. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping and restocking fees may apply.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued minus shipping costs.


7. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Protection

To protect our customers and business:

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order flagged as high-risk or potentially fraudulent.

  • Orders may require additional identity or payment verification.

  • By placing an order, you agree that proof of delivery and tracking confirmation from the carrier constitutes valid proof of fulfillment.

Unauthorized chargebacks for properly delivered items may result in:

  • Being banned from future purchases

  • Dispute evidence submission including tracking, delivery confirmation, and order verification details
